Защитная пленка
Защитные пленки – это многослойные пластиковые соединения. Обычные пленки состоят из слоя с клеем, упругого и гнущегося слоя полиэстера. Для нанесения защитной пленки не нужно заменять стекло, пленку устанавливают уже на существующее стекло которое планируется укрепить. В результате чего мы получаем очень прочную конструкцию, превосходящую по прочности распространенное стекло «триплекс», только нам не нужно ничего менять и ломать.
Классы защитной пленки
Существует три основных класса защиты А1(0.3мм) А2(0.5мм) А3(0.6мм). Прочность таких пленок при разрыве достигает 24кг/мм*2. Для сравнения у стали этот показатель равен 27кг/мм*2. При этом защитная пленка удлиняется до 160%. Это говорит о высокой прочности пленки. По опыту нашей компании, даже в условиях «тяжелой» эксплуатации оптические характеристики, а так же механические характеристики защитной пленки практически не ухудшаются. Срок защитной пленки доходит до 20 лет (гарантийный срок службы составляет 15лет).
В течении всего срока службы защитные функции так же будут выполнять как основную так и вспомогательные функции: теплообмен, поглощение уф-лучей, предотвращение утечки информации.
Альтернатива защитной пленки
Безусловно существуют и другие виды защиты: железные ставни или решетки, армирование стекла стальной проволокой, использование закаленного стекла, использование бронированного стекла. Но все эти варианты не сопоставимы с низкой ценой защитной пленки, а так же с ее простотой установки и минимальном весе.
Использование защитной пленки
Пример: два загородных дома. Все они подключены к сигнализации, все имеют большой металлический забор. Окна одного дома защищены защитной пленкой, другого нет. Злоумышленники пробираются в дом с нанесенной защитной пленкой, на взлом стекла с пленкой у них уходит до 60-80секунд, в это время срабатывает сигнализация и специализированные органы уже едут на место, кроме того злоумышленника вгоняет в ступор то, что обычное прозрачное стекло никак не поддается. В доме номер два без защитной пленки стекло разбивается за 2 секунды, что может привести к краже дорого имущества, из за того что оперативная служба просто напросто не успеет приехать к месту ЧП.
